Excellent value for money and customer service

We got a great price and great service on our new LG washer First class in fact!! The only gripe we had is we bought it end of June through TopCashback.co.uk and it said it would be 7 days till we received our cashback. As yet not we've been paid. I bought a microwave last year with them and no problem , received cashback straight away. Just don't understand it. Would use them again.

Once again exceptional service with delivery, installation and removal of old tall integrated freezer.

I had been looking around for a replacement for my New World gas cooker which is built under my kitchen units. I tried B&Q, Currys, Amazon, and a few other online stores but most of the cookers were electric and not of a suitable size to fit in the space. I visited Homebase where a chap in the kitchen sections did an online search and found a Stoves gas cooker with two gas ovens that matched my requirements. I dashed home checked the sizes, style, reviews and ordered one before they disappeared. The ordering was straight forward, and although the price was expensive it included delivery, fitting and removing the old cooker. There was clear communication between AO and myself regarding delivery schedule, covid precautions, and what to expect on the day of delivery. The guys turned up on time, fitted the new cooker, signed off paperwork, and tidied up after themselves. Altogether a positive experience and great to eat home cooked food again.

Ordered a washing machine and it arrived when they said it would. They kept me informed of the time of delivery and plumed in my washing machine with care and efficiently. Gave a short guide on how to use the washing machine.

The delivery was on time.The delivery men very helpful and efficient.I felt sorry for them as they didn't have air con in their van and they were both suffering from the heat.Its early day re the Beko Washer, but the which report gave it a good review, so here's hoping.
